Thanks to injuredreserve for sharing!

Appearance: Tawny red, mahogany, hazy, thin wispy off white head.

Aroma: tart, mild acidity, Granny Smith apple skins, cranberry, soft fruit, funk, musk.

Taste: somewhat puckering, apples, light sweet fruit, musky, light funk, sharp sour middle which moves cleanly to a dry finish.

***Quite a drinkable and refreshing sourish ale. It's not too rough on the palate and has plenty of pleasant layers.

**Side note, mixed with an equal part of La Cumbre Full Nelson IIPA was a nice combo! Kudos, Shane! (552 characters)
