Stopped in for a drink on Saturday after a Boulevard Brewery tour. It is basically one really large square room with a high ceiling. Nice big, long bar with a nice listing of new tap beers. Good quality list with beers served properly. Service was okay. I'm a little bothered by the fact that the female server kept recommending beers that girls like to our female friend. The selection was very good. Thought about a Fantome Bris Bon but settled on a Nebraska Hop God while my friend had a Firestone Porter. Very nice tasting brews. I didn't eat but my friends enjoyed two slices of pizza. I'd love to get to many of their special tap nights but most of those are on weeknights and I live 2 hours away. It certainly is a nice beer destination in the Power & Light District.

Made my first visit to the Kansas City version last week for Perennial night during their Stout week. The bartender was very well versed in all that was available. The event featured BA Abraxas and was handled very well. The food was decent and prices were very reasonable. The selection was well above average and they do try and feature Missouri beers. The beer menu is somewhat difficult to navigate. Just wish the establishment was closer to my home.

I stopped here for a bite to eat and a few beers after work while traveling for business. They definitely have a large craft selection which includes a lot of local or Kansas beers. Its nice when traveling to see a focus on local beers. They definitely had a good variety from across the Country as well as some beers from across the pond. The bar tenders were relatively busy but it was a Saturday night right after dinner. They had good knowledge and would let me sample what I was interested in. The carried a few pumpkin beers since it was September and they appeared to have a large bottle section which I didn't even get into.
They have daily specials which include new beers tapped weekly and sometimes daily. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I am interested to check it out next time I am in town. Cheers!
