Poured the Two Beers Prosperity IPA into the available glass and it was a nice amber color with a good two finger foam head. It left some nice lacing on the side of the glass which had good sticking power. The smell was dank and dark and had a faint smell of tangerine in the back ground. The taste was malty sweet with a medium bitterness. The mouthfeel left a taste of pine on the tongue. Overall average beer won't be buying again.

Picked the up at the Bellevue Whole Foods, where they claim it is only available, with some theroceedes going to charity. Appearence is dull, somewhat cloudy bronze, with a nice off-white heading leaving lots of lace.

Smell is grassy, herbal, tabacoo leaf, and sweet.
Taste, like the other Two Beers IPA I had, is heavy on the crystal malt, tasting like iced tea. This one is more earthy, bitter hops, rather then citrus...the positive is that the high ABV is unnoticable.

Mouthfeel is medium+, dry, resious.

Drinkability is ok, like the other IPA, so heavy on the crystal malt, it doesn't register on my IPA scale, but and an English-style strong pale, it's easy enough to slurp down. The rub is, ther is no compelling reason for me to reach for it again.

A Poured a lightly burnt prangish color with a small white cap providing some decent head retention and some moderate lacing

S: Big and fresh fruit presene here, mainly tropical fruits with mangos, light pineapple, some lighter orchard style fruits like oranges and apricots

T: Initial tropical fruits upfront with mango, peaches and apricots being the key players. Oranges and grapefruit come to play about mid-taste as does a wee bit of grass. The finish is sweet, refreshing, a little slick but not oily, just right

M: Medium bodied, well carbonated, loads of fruit crush the palate.

O: The best Two Beers beer to date. I really enjoyed this beer and in no way did this appear taste or feel like it was 8%
