Another stop on a recent brewery tour of the Jet City. A 6-8 seat bar and 3-4 tall tables with seating for about 6 at each and some outdoor tables as well, a typical tasting room setup. The brewery is back behind the bar so you get to gaze upon the sacks of malt and shiny metal things. The brewery makes very good beers and it certainly shows through at the brewery.

A very pleasant and efficient bartender was manning the taps and kept up with the 15-18 people there easily. The brewery had a nice selection of their brews on tap and I suspect option vary. They don't serve food, but do have food trucks/carts at various times, and as is typical for the tasting room template, you're welcome to bring your own or order delivery.

The prices were in line with what you'd expect. Overall, a pleasant stop if you are tasting your way around the Sound.

These guys do it right. Service is fantastic at their tasting room and the beer is unique and executed, for the most part, fantastically. Several of their choices contend for best in Seattle.

Tonight I walked into a brewery. Familiar smells greeted me. Immediately, as I walked in, Bayern came to mind and all the Friday evenings. Filling some odd container for weekend fun. Two Beers, so awesome! Friendly guys and gals pouring incredible beer, local folks drinking and chatting, and out-of-towners like me enjoying good beer.

This place is a gem!

I will be back.

A: Once I drove down a beaten down old road which does not look like a road, more like an alley with RR crossings and whatever else...TIP: DRIVE SLOW because the potholes will crush your car. I strolled in here on a beautiful, warming and pleasant Seattle Spring afternoon to discover a a few patrons sitting at a long bar facing the bar with the brewery directly behind it. An array of empty kegs within eyeshot. The bar probablt holds nearly 20 seats with some seating in the bar area to help with bar overflow. Tpday thay had a few additional tables and chairs on a makeshift patio which once doubled as a loading dock I suppose. Chalkboard full of beers up top at the bar as were a TV or two. A pretty nice, clean establishment.

Q: I think Two Beers make pretty quality stuff, crushable, simple but well done. Today was no exception, The two beers I had here were quality. No dirty lines, no dirty joint here.

S: The young guy working was attentive, helpful and doing a good job. If the crowd had picked up he may have been in trouble since he appeared to be flying solo.

S: A healthy selection! Nearly a dozen beers, one or two of them new to me like the Forester DIPA and another IPA I can't recall but it was new(not Evo, Trailhead or Echo). They pretty much had all styles covered minus the stout and barleywine of course. Enough broadness to keep anyone happy

F: No food to my knowledge. Did I miss something?

This place was our last stop after a long weekend touring breweries in Seattle. It was a Sunday evening and buckets of rain were dumping from the clouds. We had not checked serving hours or read any reviews. Of course the place was closed, but we were greeted by a brewer at the half closed bay door.

My friend and I peered in to see various boil kettles and grain sacks currently being cleaned/repaired. We were told that Two Beers was closed on Sundays, but because of our situation of leaving that evening, he would serve us.

Wow, incredible service. The head brewer literally set up shop, cleared out his tap lines and poured us a few pints just because. I wonder how many places back in NY would offer service like that.

The atmosphere of Two Beers was a simple brewery + a small area for seating and 5 foot bar front. The bar only had 6-7 tap handles, all of which were their beers. Brewing equipment was lying on the floor and an exceptionally treacherous route led to a single stall bathroom in the back. I do not hold any of this against Two Beers in the review because they were not technically open for at least another 4 days.

Conversation with the brewer varied from his inspirations and ambitions, his 29th week pregnant wife, as well as the West Coast beer scene. I definitely learned a lot while sipping down exceptional beers which included their persnickety pale ale, immersion amber, and jive espresso stout. I wanted to try the Evo IPA, but they were unfortunately out.

I paid $4-5 a pint and had no regrets with any of the purchases I made. Samples were generous and I wasn't pressured to make any purchases. I would have liked a wider selection, but it's a brewery in its infancy, I hope it is able to move into a bigger area.

Great times ended on a great note, I will definitely remember my experience at Two Beers. Cheers!!
