Had on tap at Fathead's
A-pours the standard cloudy amber color with a creamy white head.
S-the nose is pretty light, I get some toasted grain, a doughy bread, slightly buttery, a fair amount of wheat and belgian yeast with notes of banana.
T-there is a doughy, almost buttery malt base that sets the foundation, a fair amount of yeast is present adding notes of clove and banana, this is quite sugary with notes of candied banana, the finish adds a pretty solid amount of peppery spice.
M-has a syrupy full body with a chewy and thick feel to it, the carbonation is strong and balances very nicely, the feel is pretty spot on.
D-this is pretty straight forward but quite on spot for the style. much more than I expected, it isn't something hugely special but it is a very solid tripel!

On tap at the hulmeville inn in a pint glass. My first from this brewery.
Electric yellow with a hazy look plus a touch of oranges thrown in. A half inch of white stuff with good stickage but nothing spectacular.ot a bold nose, a tame one for the style and not as fruity as I like it. Malt comes in first with semi sweetness and faint fruit. Small yeast component as well, estery, small herbal hops. Truthfully the smell is weak. Taste includes apple skin, banana and bread and a mild earthy hop bite in the end. This beer is missing something and that would be more fruity essence. Feel is pretty much in the middle and kinda dry towards the end roughing up the tounge a bit, not very smooth but the alcohol is hidden so there is that. Not terrible, not memorable either, a ok effort.

On-tap, served in a flute
Pours a cloudy, golden yellow with a fluffy, two finger paper white cap. Lines of lace inside the glass as the head falls to a thin layer of foam. The aroma is of banana and orange and a clean, spicy doughy yeast. Loads of fruit come out in the flavor: banana, pineapple, orange, and apricot. The yeast offers a good amount of spice that plays well with the fruitiness. Clean, soft and subtle mouthfeel with sturdy carbonation. The finish is lightly bitter and dry. A faint touch of alcohol heat is noticeable, but never hinders the experience. A solid triple that I would definitely seek out.
