Served in a flute.
Appearance: hazy gold color, medium bubbles with a white head rising to roughly 1/3"...settles to nothing after a sip.
Smell: Honey scent with a touch of clove. Comes off east and complex if that could ever make sense.
Taste: complex times ten, banana plus a dose of yeast and brown sugar.
Mouth: medium bodied and with an ever lastig stickiness. Feels like dessert in a glass just not super sweet the way it should be.
Overall: This brew already is at the top of the food chain for me. Delivers better than the post office. I hope you all enjoy and hopefully this brew is available in my area in a bottle so I can keep a few on reserve in my fridge. Enjoy....salud!

A – Light cider color, with absolutely zero head.
S – Incredibly light smell, even after it warmed up to room temperature. Traces of coriander, clove and light pine.
T – Unfortunately this bottle has gone completely flat, and it absolutely kills the profile. What’s left is just ok. Line, tart apricot, and coriander.
M – Flat with a medium/light body.
O – The mouthfeel really hurts this brew. I’d definitely like to try this on tap.

On draft at Sapsuckers, Huntington, NY.
Poured a dark straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was good retention and lacing.
The smell featured full blown esters, white grape juice, candy sugar and fresh cut flowers.
The taste consisted of upfront esters and sweet malts. Again a mass of fruit came through - grape, apple and even apricot.
The mouthfeel was of typical fullness for the style.
Overall a tasty and rather complex ale.
