Bottle pour into brandy snifter.
Look - typical.
Smell - typical.
Taste - typical.
Mouthfeel - typical.
Overall - typical.
Mild citrus taste meets minimal expectation of the style.
A nice session beer that I enjoyed.
A very average West Coast IPA that was worth ticking off.
PS - cute name.

Thanks to bu11zeye for sharing this bottle.
The beer pours a yellow color with a white head. The aroma has quite a bit of biscuit malt, as well as some grass and a light bit of citrus from the hops. The flavor is also fairly heavy on the biscuit malt and grass, with a hint of lemon and a low amount of bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

A dark yellow appearance, a little less than great head, lacing and retention. Aroma was almost nonexistant.
Beer was bitter, not so much from a hop presence in terms of flavor. Wasn't really heavy, just kind of a filler beer with a decent gimmick. Seemed like cascade and either centennial or columbus hops. A pretty straight forward beer, a slight amount of lemon in the bitterness. A restrained beer in terms of style and geography norms.

Snagged up a bottle of the at The BeerMongers. Hadn't seen it before... so I needed to try it!
- Look was nice. Clear straw yellow... fizzy foamy head.. left a nice fluffy half-finger of fizzy head laying around.
- Interesting smell... kind of a grainy roasted oat malt, barley.... some zingy bitter hops. Little pine, and perhaps a bit of sweet citrus too, but very weak.
- Tastes to me much like a Full Sail brew... same grainy and rich roasted barley flavors... slightly sweet with a zingy and almost lemon zesty hop... bitter, but not over done... not too bad. Bit different.
- Light bodied, decent carbonation... kind of average here.
- Overall it's not a bad brew. I am sure it would be better on tap. Nice grainy ale.... could use some more hops though... and a bit less of a sweet maltyness. Overall just ok.

Clear amber with two fingers of white head. Fair amount of lace.
Smell is dank hops and some bready malts.
Taste is dank hops some bready malts. Plenty of hop bitterness just not a lot of different flavors. No off putting flavors either. Alcohol is well masked.
Mouthfeel is medium with a long dry bitter finish.
Overall a hoppy beer with a straight monochromatic dank hop bitterness.

22 picked up at Brewer's Haven Boise tonight.... Paid about $4.50ish... Poured into my large tulip... clear light orange... nice persistent white head with good sheets of lacing. Good bitterness... seems like a "Session IPA"... very light maltiness never really recovers from the bitter bite and citrus hops scrape away everything and make your palate ready for the next sip... Light body with a pretty aggressive carbonation... The bottle goes away pretty quickly, not bad but could use some refinement, but I might buy it again.

22oz brought from Capital market, Salem Typical IPA in appearance. orange, clear beer, nice frothy, bubbly off white head. Pleasant enough spicy, citric scented hopping, slightly herbal. Very balanced flavour, very well malted the citric tang of the hops is present through-out but really appears at the end of the mouthful..then a smooth mellow bitterness. Ok on the palate, nothing special though. Overall middle of the road IPA

A friend brought this back from Oregon.
Pours a dark amber color with a pretty nice head.
Aromas are doughy, pine like, and with some brewed tea notes.
Taste is very similar to the nose. Upon first sip I thought this was an amber ale. Bready and doughy, with tea notes, and some earthy hops on the finish.
Mouthfeel is full and pretty smooth.
Overall, this is just ok and average. I guess more British in style. It's drinkable, and a decent beer, but certainly nothing like a typical West Coast IPA.

My first beer by this brewery.
Pours a hefty gold/amber with a huge 2 inch head that lasts a bit. Very nice
Smell is a deep woody smell, funky , with citrus accents. Very unique.
Taste is similar, it's sort of heavy on the palate, with deep rich earthy notes, deep wood flavors throughout on this one. Intriguing balance.
Feel is well carbonated with a light and slick aftertaste.
Overall this is really pushing the boundaries of earthy beers and it works~!

Aroma is a little flowery and some grassy hops. Caramel malt is pretty strong too. So decent malt/hop combo.
Deep gold and clear. Poured with a thick foamy head that faded to a half inch solid and lasting layer that leaves a ton of lacing.
Flavor profile is pretty malty. Lots of base malt and caramel. The hop bitterness is there but less than your expected west coast IPA. Not much in the way of hop flavor on the back end. And there's some buttery diacetyl but not too much. It all adds up to a much maltier flavor than most IPAs. Good personally, but the hop heads probably won't be impressed.
Medium bodied bu the carbonation is kind of low. Seems almost like a cask ale from a bottle.
I like it. I like the maltier notes. Think of it as an ESB or an English IPA and it's very nice.

Poured from 22oz bomber into a pint glass.
Appearance: light golden-orange hue with a bit of haze and three ringers of frothy off-white foam. Quite nice.
Smell: musty, vegetal hops with some grainy malt. Overall, the aroma is quite mild. It's not exactly unpleasant, but it doesn't really float my boat.
Taste: funky, citrusy hops top a slightly biscuity, grainy malt and a pretty rasping bitterness. Not an IPA I would care to drink a lot of, although I could see how this might appeal to someone.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with an OK level of carbonation. Not exactly creamy, but not bad.
Overall: this beer just doesn't fit the flavor profile of an IPA that I would like. The bitterness is particularly harsh -- you can do bitter without the rasping quality this one has.

A clear light golden amber color with a nice fluffy white head that generates some significant lacing. The aroma offers slightly lemony biscuit wheat with a hint of herbal hops. The flavor brings a sort of swampy citrus bread that oozes caramel malt. Herbal qualities here as well. This is medium bodied with mild carbonation and a fairly luscious feel. Forgettable but not bad at all.
