Went here last month for the Dogfish night...25 taps of Dogfish plus some a 75 min. cask, had a great time, the staff was very knowledgeable and it seemed like a pretty cool place with the basement like atmosphere. Service was a little on the slower side, it was very busy so I'll give them a break on that. Although all I had were the Dogfish ales available, it seemed like the had a good bottle selection and apparently the 25 taps are on a continuous rotation. I will definitely make it back here in the future, as Portland is a great beer town.

While a little difficult to find using GPS, once you get to Novare Res you're going to be their a while.
They have the nicest bottle list I saw on my trip to Maine and a fantastic tap selection as well. The food is also fantastic, the cheese plate was my personal favorite but I also had the roast beef sandwich which was worth it.
Our server seemed very knowledgable in the beers and suggested a couple nice beers.
We were seated in the outside area which was very nice I'm always a fan of the communal tables in the summers. The inside area was worth checking out with a large bar and enough seating on the inside.
The pricing seemed a little expensive. But nothing outrageous and in my belief I think it was totally worthwhile.
