A-Very little carbo. Hazy reddish tan color. Faint wispy head. Noticeable ring on the side of glass as yopu drink.
S-Faint fruitiness, some bread aromas. There seems to be some type of berry aroma I cant pu my finger on. I think there may be some wheat in here.
T-Its ok for an amber I wish the malt and hops would show their flavors more as they seem to be just meddled together in there. A bit of sour maltiness as you drink. Which gives away to just plain hoip bitterness.
M.F.-Has a full hearty feel to it. Carbo is light on the tounge. A bit like liquid bread.
D-My parents picked this up for me when they toured the brewery. While it is not bad I wouldnt go for it again. But in all honesty this was just a run of the mill craft brew. It says it was aged in a cave but it doesnt go to any lenghts to describe the aging process. Did they just throw a glass bottle in a cave? Big deal this needs more character.

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Slight retention and slight lacing. Smells of sweet malt, pale malt, hint of hop, hint of yeast, but a hint of butterscotch. Fits the style of an English Pale Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, pale malt, hint of hop, hint of yeast, but a hint of butterscotch. Overall, weak appearance, aroma, body, and blend.

I was drinking these in between some other beers this weekend, and unfortunately this Potosi Cave Ale was my least favorite. It is very malty, but the malt flavor is not good. Chewed up bubblegum, wet paper, stale tasting, squishy grainy feel, and very little if any hop presence. This was a new six pack, not old or stored. Not a very good English Pale.
