Great beer. It is a go to whenever I have just enough and want something relatively session-able and refreshing. Good allrounder.

Always better when fresh but I live pretty close to the brewery.

Good overall pale ale. color is the usual near amber but noticeably pale. Great carbonation and excellent aroma. Good malt back bone. A little nutty too.

A great Pale Ale. My favorite from this brewery. It's a light pale ale with a lot less hop and bitter than you would find from a Sierra Nevada or other popular pale ales. Has a great drinkability that even non-ale drinkers can appreciate. (Almost like a gateway beer for light beer drinkers to come over to the Ale side)

Poured this into my lovely Pils Urquell Rastal stemed action, just to capture that thick chunky head. Deep dark orange pour, perfect top. Malt dominated smell, very inviting. This dominates on the taste, very smooth and drinkable, the maltiness is the dominate taste, but you still get some bitter hops. One of the better malty pale ales out there, these guys are fast becoming one of the better breweries in the LA area without getting sucked into the over the top hoppiness scene, good stuff...need to get back down there for more.

This is a clean well crafted Pale Ale. Easy drinking and also pairs well with food. On tap is my favorite serving style, but have had it in a bottle many times. Great intro beer for those new to craft beer, but is a favorite go-to beer for me. Less hoppy than a Sierra Nevada (as a comparison)

Poured into my Zatec fluted glass. Got about a finger of white, quickly dissipating head. A vaguely cloudy golden hue. Head retention is basically non-existent. Smells like lemon rind and a bit of floral spiciness. Tastes pretty similar to its scent. Definitely getting that lemon zest and a nice lingering citrus overall. Not very bitter at all, and it suits the beer well. Very drinkable. Could go through a couple of 22's of this over an afternoon. A notch above SNPA in my opinion.

Pours clear golden leaning towards amber. A huge off white head leaves tons of lacing as it shrinks to a ring.

Smells of citrus, oranges and lemons, a bit of malt, everything in a good ratio.

Taste is as well mildly citrus, and a slight bitterness as well. Again, malts are there, but not in force.

Texture is light and crisp, extremely smooth and easy to drink.

A nice easy drink, great for a hot day, with enough citrus to be refreshing, and enough flavor to make me smile.

Poured on-tap into reidel beer glass.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow with 1/2 inch white head. Good retention and lacing.
S: Fresh pine and citrus hops...pleasantly strong but not overpowering.
T: Follows aroma...which is a good thing. Fresh and strong pine, citrus, and floral hops. Reminiscent of a toned-down Furious.
M: Light body. Smooth and slightly oily feel. Moderate hop bite with a mildly dry finish.
D: Highly drinkable and sessionable brew. Refreshing and not overly hopped. A solid offering.
