Appearance-Cloudy and foggy pale yellow.
Smell-Grass with underlying sweetness from red berries.
Taste-Grass and vegetables. mainly cucumber.
Mouthfeel-Heavy like an ipa. Good, lengthy finish.
Overall-Not a fan of the flavors. I liked the subtlety on the nose best. I liked the Palomino Pale quite a bit more.

Doin' it well and easy at the #1 joint - The Playground, in Downtown Santa Ana, CA.
Interesting to say the least. Hoppy like your grandmama after a few White Zins on her birthday, but the aftertaste is a bit subdued like Raul when he takes your granmama's codeine. Well and good, but a lil different - like that lil wiener no one wanted to play four square with in grammar Skool.
Raul recommend, but he's a lil perplexed.

On-tap at Bootlegger's
Pours a clear golden orange color with a finger of white head. Intense pine and grapefruit aromas right away. A bit of an herbal note and grass, too. Very mild malt, in typical Bootlegger’s fashion. A very dry IPA with a nice bitterness. Very citric and piney with a strong grapefruit character. Only a hint of bready malt. The bitterness stays on the back end.

22 oz. bomber,
A: Pours gold with a medium-high white head leaving some nice lace. Clear as day.
S: Notes of citrus and pineapple/mango/tropical.
T: Nice, again, citrus tropical mix bringing lemon verbana, yellow mango, passion fruit and pineapple to the table.
M: Crisp, clean, fairly dry for the style. Refreshing, medium-bodied.
O: This is a good IPA with definite appeal to fans of a certain style. The bomber price at $6.50 is outrageous for a single IPA, next time I'll go to the source.

Clear golden color with a think white head, very minimal lacing from top to bottom. Smell of citrus is weak. No so much bitterness, very mellow. Citrus taste is there. Crisp, thin, and clean mouth feel. Leaves my mouth extremely dry. Overall i'd have to say that this is very easy to drink and a good gateway IPA for non-hopheads.
Side note, reminds me of El Segundo's White Dog IPA.

Clean, pure grapefruit flavor. The standard orangey amber in the Mort Subite globe. Some coarse head, but not long lasting, though it renews with a couple of swirls. Big spritz in the mouth. The aroma is quite nice-- flowers and citrus.
Flavor is grapefruit marmalade. Sweet and bitter, sharp and tangy. A serious bitter edge, and quite hot and acidic. The malt seems to be so pale as to contribute little if any flavor. I don't think I've tasted a beer that is more clearly grapefruit scented and flavored. Supposed to be Australian Galaxy hops. Far out!
A really hoppy but pleasant brew. Your tongue will tingle, but the aromas will make you swoon. From the 22 oz bottle bought at Bine & Vine in San Diego.
