Our Flagship golden ale crafted with two-row barley, wheat and German malt makes this beer a real crowd favourite. The combination of English and Oregon hops nicely enhances the natural sweetness of the malt flavour.

On tap at the brewery taproom.
Clear golden body topped by a good, durable white head.
The aroma is very appealing but exceptionally bready and malty for style. The taste then surprises with a moderately hoppy and moderately bitter flavor. Medium, light carbonation.lightly bitter for style and, especially, for the strength of hop flavor.

To be fair, I'm not a big fan of pale ales. That said, I found that a) I didn't really enjoy this beer and b) it didn't deliver what I'd expect from the style. It wasn't awful, but of the four beers I tried at the pub, this was my least favourite.

Straw-coloured, very pale. On the thinner side. Overpowering honey sweetness.

A yellow straw pour with a decent looking head. Very bubbly beer. Sweet butterscotch and sugary malts. Very sweet to taste but also very refreshing. Not a beer that will win any comp medals but a beer that should sell during the summer. Light and crisp,

Nice clean and easy drinking.I like a bit more to my beer, but this should be a winner for the masses. They crisp and slightly hoppy, with the taste of wheat pressent.
Some more hops would be nice.

Has gotten much better since it's realease in "07.

Bottle: Poured a light color amber with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of weird grainy taste with some gross sweetness. Taste is also off with gross butterscotch notes and some dry hops which don't mix really well. Body is about average with oily texture and medium carbonation. The butterscotch notes are really gross and I had to drain pour this one.

Pours a golden-amber with minimal head. Scent is very sweet and floral in nature. Taste is also somewhat sweet, with definite berry tastes (a light blueberry maybe?). Apparently unfiltered and unpasteurized (according to the bottle), the result is a very tasty beverage with minimal carbonation. A delightful surprise at one of the local specialty shops, I am hoping that I can pick up another bottles at some point in the future.
