A: Hazy orange with a white head, lots of carbonation.

S: Lots of mango, peach and fresh orange in the nose.

T: Lots of fresh orange, some mango, peach. Delicious.

M: Medium bodied and smooth for an IPA.

O: A delicious IPA. I wish they distributed to California, but I'm glad I got to try it.

Picked up a 12oz can in a trade from Alabama. Poured into a 9oz crystal tumbler.

Pours a fairly clean light amber hue with golden edges when held up to a light source, fatty white head with really good retention and lacing for days. Smell is sweet and bready giving way to light grassy grapefruit notes, fresh and earthy. Taste is similar to the nose but thankfully the hop truly shines through being the dominant flavor with a nice blast of grapefruit and sappy bitter goodness, malt is there but just to balance. Disappointed a little in the mouthfeel, it's a bit weak for an IPA and especially one with such a hop blast, a bigger body would really let the hop linger for a while.

Overall a real tasty IPA in the West Coast tradition. I was pleasantly surprised by this one, not expecting it to be so hop forward. I could sit on these all night at the bar and be just fine with that.

I finally get to try something from Good People.

Clouded amber brown with a thick head that leaves a lot of lacing. Hops galore on the flavor profile. Chewy piney hops with salty resin tones. Thick and meaty. Smooth feel with a bit of a biting carbonation. I like it.
