Served in a short 16 oz glass
Came to the bar light yellow, slightly hazy, little head. They push the fruit here, I chose to pass on it, but my friend (which is a big white ale fan took 2 orange slices).
The beer has a strong citrus and yeast smell. Tasted similar, you can really pick up the breadiness and there is a floral taste to it as well, which may be in the hops but you can't pick them up specifically.
My friend said it was like meat and he loved it. Personally, this is not my choice style of beer, but it is a very good representation of the style so I cannot fault that. I would drink it again, but it's meant to compliment a meal I believe and I was not eating at the time.

he changed the recipe so I am redoing this.
A: pale yellow cloudy wheat ale just like its should be.
S: wheat and honey malty smell, nice hop balance with some spices, but they are barely there.
T: orange, and some spice and malt, crisp hops aftertaste, very smooth and light and refreshing
M: very good medium body
D: very easy to drink, I had no problem sessioning this beer.

A: well its white and almost no head as it does not have much carbonation.
S: orange and citrus, and a very low level hops smell
T: It lacks body and oomph, and it seems not to style, but I am no beer judge, has a smooth taste and is quite decent taste. I detect some orange peel and coriander.
M: Very smooth, slight after taste. medium body
D: is very refreshing and easy to drink

I respampled and this beer was a lot better than the first batch. More like a Belgian Wheat. I'm not a bog fan of wits but this was thnner and smoother than say Blue Moon.

smell: slight orange
taste: very clear with some herbal aftertaste
mouthfeel: thin not thick. good carbonation and very tasty
