A- dark amber, slightly cloudy. Low head retention, no lacing.
S- moderate caramel. Light roasty background. Moderate dark fruits. No hops.
T- moderate caramel. Moderate roast follows. Low dark fruits. Not cloying at all. No hops.
M- medium high carbonation. Clears the palate quickly.
O- first to review in 2013, yay for living so close to the brewery! Of all the seasonal beers they make, the Irish Red I'd probably my favorite.

Single finger white head on a crimson with golden hues body. Aroma is very malty. Some breads with a light sweet corn note. Fairly malty flavor with a slight lingering bitter aftertaste. A light nut and wood notes. Overall a nice example of the genre.
