Another goodie from Wedge that I was able to try on a hot day. This one really hit the spot for me as it pours out a nice light yellow color with a very nice haze to it. Nice one finger head of white stays on top for a good few moments before falling back down to earth an leaving just a good bit of lacing in its wake.
Aroma is light cloves, lots of fresh grasses, and light grain notes. Upon further inspection I am able to come up with a nice touch of light citrus, perhaps lemon touches to it as well. Very nice and light profile. This carries over to the flavor nearly perfectly as the light citrus rind, grasses ,light floral notes and big healthy dose of grain leaves the mouth feeling refreshed and thirst very much quenched. Easily session able I could have had a bunch more of this.
Overall a very solid and lighter offering that I would have no issue with having again any day. Really nicely done.

Taste: It has orange and corrainder flavors with a bit of perfume and floral. There is a doughy and light berry note.

Poured on-tap at the brewery and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a pale, hazy yellow coloring, wit a fluffy, clingy, white head. Nose of lemon, subtle grass, and effervescent sweetness. Flavors are citrus sweet forward, with tangy lemon-lime notes, followed by an effervescent citrus and tropical backbone, on a light, crisp body. The aftertaste is effervescent citrus, on a crisp, clean finish. Very drinkable.
