Consumed on December 30th, 2013 at the brewery. Menu notes 6.9% ABV.
Appearance: slightly cloudy medium orange/yellow. Fine white head.
Citrusy, resiny aroma.
Flavor is surprisingly sweet: malty with orange notes. The big hop flavor promised by the nose is muted.
Some carbonation tingle. Mouthfeel is slightly thin.
Not especially memorable.

Pours dark amber in color with a slight orange hue. Thin half finger white frothy head that has good retention.
Smell is surprisingly malty in a good way. Malt is grainy with notes of honey and caramel and is followed by a nice moderate herbal hop presence.
Taste is really nice some floral hop flavor are forward. Malt follows and has bold grainy flavors along with a nice honey like sweetness and more floral residual hop bitterness.
Mouthfeel is good light and crisp. Very drinkable and medium bitterness and a light stickiness.

A: This beer is very hazy amber-orange in color. It poured with a finger high beige head that died down and left swirls of bubbles on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose along with notes of pale malts.
T: The taste has flavors of citrusy hops - grapefruit and orange seem to stand out in particular. It has a light to moderate amount of bitterness along with hints of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a well-balanced IPA. It's neither too citrusy nor too bitter making it very drinkable.
