Poured a very cloudy and dirty orange with a huge and thick fluffy tan head.
The smell was huge with big giant toasted malt nose and a light honey sweetness.
Wow the flavor really caught me off gaurd, a huge blast of sweet honey and bready malts with a nice mild orange and lemony citrus hop finish to balance it out quite nicely. Almost no alcohol taste at all, but a long lingering hop quality builds the more you drink.
The mouthfeel is thick and oily, yet it finishes very lightly with a bit of resin.
Shockingly easy to drink for a beer this big, very unusual overall. Really like it.
