Pours a hazed, tan-tinted, straw yellow. Very still, with nearly no head. Smells of apples and grapefruit, with a slight yeasty ester. Taste is very similar, starts with an apple/pear flavor spiced with a citrus hop and some coriander. Some tangyness in the middle, finishes with a tart cherry. Mouthfeel is smooth at the start, with a tangy finish. Very refreshing overall. Light alcohol. Reminds me of a bretty lambic/wild ale, with a bit more hops.
UPDATE: After doing some research, I think I might have purchased a bottle from a bad batch sold in Philly. I thought it was odd that this beer's label highlighted its hops and that few BAs reported the sourness I detected. Seems it was an infected beer, just not by design. Personally, I liked it, but definitely off.
