Aight, check it. My first soujourn back to the pleasure palace since the ridiculocrity of FredFest. So it goes.
The place really looks nice. Small little kitchen with Alan kicking it back there. The menu is sparse but looks outstanding. Do you really need 40 choices at a brewpub?
Nice selection of vintage bottles, not unreasonably priced. Service was decent, pleasant. We were entertaining ourselves and didn't need any encouragement. Guarantee the beers on tap will be constantly shifting, which is pretty exciting. They had Little Dog, Fred, Adam, Doggie Claws 10, Blue Dot, Peach Fred, and Apricot Fred on tap with Doggie Claws 09 cask getting ready to pour.
I will be back..

Great Beer. All of their beers are BIG. Barleywine, Imperials, etc. the good was fresh and local. Limited food menu but yummy. The beer is the showcase. Make sure you are not driving, as the beer is so tasty and high octane.
I am definitely planning on a return.

The selection of vintage bottles was awesome, very tough to figure out which one we were going to try out, considering how pricey each of these were it was gonna be limited.
The server was fantastic with his knowledge of each brew and was quick on whatever we needed.
The food was not all that good from the feedback i got from my friends, however the chili was fantastic.
The only thing i wish was different is if they had a better selection of being able to take home vintage bottles… the selections were all for in-room consumption only… and the bottles to go available weren't exactly appealing. I get it though, the vintage tasting is part of the experience of stopping by there.
Overall fantastic brew and experience.
