Let me put it bluntly this place is horrible to the outdated horrible selection to the service to the set up of the store. They really need to start being able to compete with other Total Wine's in the area persay PBG. The selection of beer is downright sad and very picked over. First off this is a wine store and I am not reviewing the wine part of the store only the beer. This is a sad corporate display of what could be an awesome store, and its really the only good beer store in the Boynton Beach area.

This is my home store here in Boynton. The selection is great and the staff are generally pretty friendly people and eager to help. My only complaint, and this is the same complaint of ALL Total Wines I have visited, is the stock rotation issue. Any time I am in Total Wine, I make sure to check dates on the bottle, whether "born on" or "best by". If there is no date, I never purchase the beer unless. I know it is a brand new seasonal release. Great selection here and best price in town.

I just needed to stop in to hopefully score some Saint Somewhere and Cigar City. I went in to the counter and asked them to check stock and they took me to it. I asked about Cigar City and they had to go back and check, but I found it on an end cap on my own. I had heard that east coast of FLA does not stock as heavily on these two breweries, I could be wrong. I spoke to the owner of SS for some insight before I traveled and he told me he is in the midst of changing distributors for that part of FLA. So, the store helped me find what I needed and they carried two Florida breweries in stock. So a positive review for my brief experience. That Scotch Ale was pricey at $12.99 a bottle, I am sure it is tasty, but man, pretty steep for a big bottle. No offense to CC brewing.

In the land of big box stores and malls this store is as anonymous as it's neighbors but at least they stock decent beer. While visiting the in-laws I was able to find some very good beers but certainly nothing extremely hard-to-find. Good range/selection of American: Dogfish, Great Divide, Left Hand, Stoudts, Rogue and typical German and Belgian - Ayinger and Chimay among others. Offer singles of many but some of the "dates" seem a little old - pick and choose carefully and you'll be fine. Nothing too interesting in the refrigerated section except SN, Bigfoot, everything else on shelves. Would go back due to lack of other choices in the area.

Kind of stumbled upon this store in my relocation wanderings. Appears fairly new in one of those trendy upscale developments that are in the area. A lot like all the other locations for the most part mostly the same stuff the other TWM stores carry. Although it seems this store has a little bit better bomber selection then the stores I've been to in Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Gardens. The prices are good, and the bottles are seemingly pretty well cared for. The last time I went they had some fall seasonals on special at prices I had never seen in my travels. All in all not a bad mega-store, but don't expect any customer service. Oh and if you have an out of state ID be prepared for that to disappear with the cashier for about 5 minutes from time to time.

I was very excited when I heard this place was opening and was somewhat blown away at first. I was amazed by the selection of beer they had packaged and in individuals. There does seem to be a lot of possibilities missing but I don't think it is much to complain about.

I do think that the service there is far, far below par when it comes to beer. Almost every time I go in there is no one even close to the beer section that works there. I have never been asked once if I need help even by those that are in the section. Yes it is known more for it's wine but come on. If you are going to have such a large section of beer you must have a someone knowledgeable about beer on staff.

Another problem I have seen just recently is their policy on people of the age of 21 buying from there. If you are 21 you must fill out this affidavit looking paper EVERY TIME you purchase from there until you are 22 years old. I myself have not had this problem but my 21 year old friend has, but only recently. He has been going there since it opened and only this week got this paper. My problem? Why 21 year olds? They can legally purchase and consume alcohol, what makes 22 so different? And poor follow through on their own policy. If it is a policy then how come for over 8 months he has never had this done to him before?

Pricing is very good. Even when I just want a 6 or 12 pack of Yuengling I will go there over a grocery store or convenience store because it is at least $2 cheaper.

Other than the horrible service I like this place. Good selection. Great Pricing.
