Visited 12/15/09. Traveling on business, looking for some special loot to share at HOTD Dock Sale and Fredfest. They had a real nice selection of NE regional (Smuttynose, Berkshire), regional (Brooklyn, Founders) and out west (Rogue, Avery) brews, in addition to a good selection of Belgian and German imports. I spent a good amount of time browsing, and wasn't being bothered, given the other clientele's purchases during my time in the store were all AB I wonder how much of this stuff they sell. I ended up settling on 4 pack of Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout, a couple of bottles of Smuttynose Big Beer Series, a Troegs, Brooklyn barleywine, and a couple of bottles of Founders old ale. Not sure how I am going to get this all back to Beervana, but I am hopeful the Front of the Line club will be pleased. The best part was the 20% sale they were having on 6 bottles or more. Not a big fan of sales tax (heh, I'm from Orygun), but well worth a stop if looking for something special. In the end more of a wine store, but don't let that deter you from finding that special bottle of beer. Good job, Richie.

Visited on 1/24/09, I had been in here once a couple of years ago, but at the time the store was not on BA. It appears to have improved since then. There's a lot of cooler space that is efficiently packed and that's where most of the craft beer was located. There is a small shelf section with bombers & 750ml bottles and a section with mixed craft singles for their mixed six-pack promotion, which I was told applied to all of their beers regardless of size. The selection was very good with all of the regular mainstream micros and local micros, but also a lot of choices within the more common brewers that you don't typically see. The service was helpful and friendly, no complaints there. The prices were a little high just like the store in Fall River, MA. Overall it's a good store to stop by if you're in the neighborhood to grab something that you might not normally find, but the prices would prevent me from going there on a regular basis.
