This is a golden, clear beer with a rapidly fading but frothy white head. Not a lot of lacing.
Aroma has some floral hops and perhaps some honey.
Nicely carbonated and light, refreshing, mildly hopped and spiced, easy to drink but overall unremarkable.

A- Straw gold with a slight haze and a solid half finger snowy head.

S- Grainy and bready malt nicely balanced with herbal and floral continental hop aromas.

T- Bready and grainy malt flavor up front. This is quickly balanced out by a strong but not overpowering waft of noble hop flavor. The flavor balance leans towards the hops through the dry finish.

M- Clean and crisp with smooth yet spritzy carbonation.

O- A good solid pilsner. It's nice to see a brewpub do the style. I've had better but I've also had alot worse.

I had this as a part of their 5oz sampler package in their bar which you get 10 of their tap beers to try.

Pours a golden amber color with a average head. Has just the slightest malt scent to it but has a really nice hops and malts taste to it. The mixture and taste was very nice which made for a very decent beer.

Pours a crystal clear yellow to gold color, poured with a nice 2-finger head. Served in a frosted glass which certainly isn't my preference. But given the style, I decided to just go with it and warm it up a bit in my hands.

Pretty clean floral hoppy aroma. The Hallertauer hops are definitely the main characteristic, followed by some pilsner malt graininess.

The flavor is also very clean and refreshing. They pilsner malt brings a nice cracker-like flavor and the Hallertauer hops follow all the way through, bringing some very soft floral note, with a semi-bitter finish, dropping off the palate quite nicely.

Really just a very tasty German Pils. I have been trying to perfect this style homebrewing, so been trying a few commercial example lately, and this one certainly is above average. Could easily drink a few and be quite content.

Dark gold color that almost approaches a light shade of brown. Frothy head, but light. Grainy characteristics pop out of an otherwise malty nose. The taste is totally different from the nose and the flavor of the beer presents itself as a hoppy beer. Sometimes when the nose and flavor are not consistent it makes a beer disjointed, but in this case it almost enhances the experience. The beer finishes clean, but does leave a hops aftertaste with you. As far as pilsners are concerned this is one of the better offerings that I have found in brewpubs.

Clean, clear, sparkling gold with a small spume of stark white.
Nose full of pils malt, and hallertauers- herbal, stalk-like and dry.
Begins into the mouth with an arid notion of saltines. Over time, a gentle pale graininess creeps in, along with a vaguely sweet, honey note. The middle is clean and brisk, then the hops arrive with all the grassy, dry herbals of hallertauers. And they're fairly assertive with pulpy -almost resinous- prairie matter and bitter bay leaves.
Effervescent and light in body, though taut and densely structured. And it's drinkable beyond calculation.
This is a truly classic and bold German Pilsner in every way.
An unpretentious masterpiece.

On-tap @ the Brewpub.

Nice use of the Hallertauer hops...a lot hoppier than I would have expected... Good pils malts balance also.
Extremely refreshing while remaining quite flavorful. This one surprised me, and turned out to be one of my favorites from this brewpub. Well worth trying.

A top pilsner. Very traditional and German tasting. The Hallertauer hops are very present in the aroma. Body is light, crisp, and well carbonated. Head is thin and white. Very refreshing. Taste contains a nice amount of honey and a ever so slightly drying hop finish.
