As light lagers go, this is not too bad. Crisp light body, with a healthy carbonation, no head, and strong corn syrupy aromas. Very similar to Miller High Life. Sweet and cloying taste, no bitterness or hoppiness to be found. Not for me but overall a better attempt at a macro type lager then many brew pubs are capable of. Almost no after taste.

This beer is gold in color with a light white colored head. The nose is "classic" as there are tons of american lagers with similar noses. Grain and a little malt and a little hops perhaps, but not so much of any one of them that the beer has a real character to it. The attack is refreshing and the beer has the same classic lager taste as it has for the smell. The beer finishes clean which is something when drinking this type. Its a simple beer, but I bet they sell a lot of it during tourist season.

On-tap @ the Brewpub.

Clear straw-yellow color. Corn/grain aroma. The taste is very similar to many of the popular American light lagers, with a solid light corn flavor and lacking much else. Certainly not my favorite of the Moosejaw brews..but it's easy enough to drink, and as busy as this place is on any given night, I bet they go through gallons of this daily.
