Had this in Baraboo, WI at the brewery.
I was surprised to see they had an apricot ale on draft, which is a seasonal for them.
With a normal pour from the tap, there was a very small, 1/3 of a finger head and very little lacing. The color was of oxidized apricot, so it was leaning more towards brown than orange.
It has a light fruit aroma but I couldn't clearly make out an apricot smell.
The apricot flavor is very subdued, which I thought was in good taste. As a comparison, there was less apricot flavor in this brew than in a Magic Hat #9. There is a mild hops bitterness to help balance it out.
The mouthfeel is light and there is medium carbonation. I found the beer quite refreshing on a summer day.
