Orange amber and slightly hazy with a cap of off white head that left ample lacing.
Citric nose reminiscent of grapefruit pith.
Taste is waves of hop flavor..citric, pith, pineapple, apricots. Malt restrait is noted as the overall bitterness is pleasingly moderate. Carbonation is creamy with a medium firm body. Quite tasty, mildly bitter, clean finish. Very drinkable, enjoyable and easily the best of the bunch I tried and a very good IPA of its own right.

Served in a 5 oz sampler glass.
Appears a light amber to orange color with frothy white head. This is very clear and the head leaves great lacing.
The nose is full of citrus, notably lemon and grapefruit. There is slight hint of caramel malts, but not overly present. The taste is very similar with the caramel base, pine, and citrus notes. This just went down perfectly and was by far my favorite of the 6 I sampled.
The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. From the 5 oz I had, I felt this would be very drinkable in larger servings. Overall, a good brew. As I previously said, my favorite I had at the brewpub. This was very well balanced, with a slight lean towards the hops. Definitely something to try if you're in the area.

I had this as a part of their 5oz sampler package in their bar which you get 10 of their tap beers to try.
Pours a rather cloudy amber color with a decent head on it. Has semi strong scent of hops to it. There was also a great presence of hops in the taste but it wasn't too strong, it was just right for the texture. Finished well with a good crisp and clean taste. Great for any IPA lover!

Review from notes on 3-12
A: Dark orangish bronze color. Pretty cloudy. Smaller off white head, a little bit of lacing.
S: Mainly grapefruit hops, sweet carmel malt as well, not too strong of a nose.
T: Follows the nose pretty close, more sweetness coming through than there probably should be. An odd hop twang in the finish.
M: Medium bodied, moderate to lighter carbonation. A little slick feeling.
D: Average at best. The sweet malt gets to you after awhile with the hop twang on the backend wasn't the best combo. I knew I should of tried the Imperial Stout...
