(Served in a over-sized flute)
A- This beer has a hazy red amber body with an antique white meniscus of cream that last a good bit. There is a gentle carbonation of big bubbles that slowly glide to the surface.
S- The aroma of dry cherry pits is very light and it is otherwise a very clean smell.
T- The dry cherry flavor is bright but not tart at all with a slight sweetness and a raw grain note in the dry finish. There is a field corn flavor that comes through in the finish as the beer warms. The hint of roasted malt comes through very lightly in the background as the beer warms aswell.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel and a fizzy texture in the finish.
D- This description says it is made with real local cherries and lactose sugar but I don't get much of a cherry flavor and there isn't much malt flavor to support it. It was pretty dry in the finish aswell especially if there was extra milk sugar added. A bit drab and one glass was enough for me, although it sounded like a very creative concept.
