A: This poured a hazy copper with thin light tan head.
S: It smelled like sweet orange and caramel, with some raisin and toffee and honey biscuit.
T: It tasted like sweet caramel and toffee and raisin, with some orange and biscuit. It had a clean and sweet aftertaste, with some alcohol warming.
M: It was watery with moderate carbonation. Fairly light body.
D: This was a very nice beer, more like an English barleywine than a dopplebock, but still quite enjoyable. The scent and taste were nice and sweet, although the body was a bit weak. The finish was smooth, but the alcohol was notable, so it was better to sip. Probably best fresh.

A- pours a light amber color with a finger of off white head.

S- predominately malty aromas with a noticable phenolic alchohol presence. A smidge of herbal hop in the nose on the finish.

T- Bready malt flavor with a disjointed alchohol warmth. Little spicy as well. A touch of herbal hop character is there just for balance. Astringent and boozey on the the finish with a clean lager chracter.

MF- thin watery mouthfeel with a light body and average carbonation.

D- poor drinkability

Overall a thin messy beer.
