Poured into Stella Artois goblet. Poured a clean, clear amber-orange color with just under an inch of white head that had decent retention and light lacing.
The aroma was a basic grain scent, kinda on the sweet side, with just a tingle of hops. The flavors were also fairly typical for the style, grainy and gently hopped, with just a bit of an alcohol tingle on the finish.
The body was nicely full and very smooth, although the beer did have a bit of a sticky finish. Drinkability was very good and the "bang for the buck" factor was good, less than $1.50 for a 500ml can. I can see having this as a stroll around beer. Overall, a pretty decent beer, certainly worth a shot.
