On tap at the brewing station. Served in a nonic, the brew appears a clear coper with a thin layering of white bubbles across the top. As the cap fades, a full wall of webby lace sticks to the glass.

The aromatics are fantatic. It is fresh and juicy with hoppiness. Notes of citrus rinds like grapefruit and hints of tangerine, orange rinds and pulp with an herbal inclusion mixed with grass across the backend.

The taste is the same as the nose character but with more focus on pulp and a light yeasty ester. Some warming alcohol is included across the palate. It is mildly grassy and herbal with a hint of cheese quality intermingled with the previously described tropical juicy hops.

This is a medium bodied brew that overall was a real nice interpretation with this newer hop variety. This was the beer I drank the most during my weeks vacation in the outer banks. Get this while it lasts, it is good enough to take a few growlers home. Solid.
