Visited week of Memorial day 2008. Nice building, has a windmill that they supposedly get their power from. I'm guessing this was just a power accent. Has some old school video games and foosball. Enough TVs, watched the Pistons on this night. Beers were good, nothing of any real note, but all drinkable. Service was good if not disinterested, probably because they were not very busy. Wish they would have had more of their offerings available. I'm guessing most things on this island are busy on the weekend dead during the weak, so they are probably set up with that in mind.

Really like this place for the kid friendliness. They have a whole play area out behind the restaurant so waiting for a table is no problem. Good selection of their own craft beers. Good food. Friendly people. Definitely recommend it - even without kids!

Great atmosphere. Festive, fun, and busy. Waitstaff is on point. Food selection and quality is excellent. Brewery beer is good! Definitely a place worthy of return visits.

A very spacious brewpub with both indoor and outdoor sitting having about a dozen beers of various variety, including a Cask Ale, on tap in a relaxing setting.

Stopped in here after a a lunch at Awful Arthurs MP 6 OBX its more of a restaurant than a brew pub/brewery clean inside with good service did not eat the food as i already ate but it looked good i ordered a flight of 4- 5oz brews , the brews were just average and they did not have many choices , this is a tourist stop as its on bypass rd #158 heavily traveled , it is close to chips wine and beer store, so go there and try this place its worth a stop

Went here in the summer of 2013 when I was on a vacation in the Outer Banks. Made this the one place I needed to see besides the beach.
Cool, funky atmosphere and decent food. Limited selection of beers that were pretty meh, but I was glad to try them. Not sure if I would go again unless I was really thirsty. Was a bit on the pricey side, but what do you expect for OBX?

If you're on the Outer Banks, this is where you will go. The place has a pretty eclectic, funky kind of vibe. You'll notice a giant wind turbine in the back, which helps to power the brewery. There's also a pirate ship playground out back for the kids. Inside, there is a ton of wall art from all over the place; everything from musical themes to superheroes, newspaper clippings to Viking profiles on burlap. It's pretty cool. Old school bar to the right of the entrance, with a lot of rustic feel and brass. Lots of table seating, as well. The staff is great. We were there with a toddler and an infant, and they were completely accommodating on a fairly busy day. There were 6 beers on tap...I'm guessing they run a little low when it's off season, and pick back up to full capacity for the tourist time. The food was great. Pretty dynamic gastro pub style offerings, with plenty of seafood, which is a must on the coast. I highly recommend stopping here if you find yourself in the OBX.

Cool, albeit tourist-trappy restaurant/ brewpub with small bar area in back. Very friendly, efficient service and solid selection of their beers. I did not try the food, but it looked and smelled delicious.

Stopped here during my labor day vacation. Place is pretty big. 2 floors with a large bar downstairs. Our entire party thought the food was pretty good. A little bit pricey for a brew pub but I understand it's a vacation spot. They only had 4 beers on tap. I tried all four and found them all pretty mediocre. Maybe the best place around the outer banks area but that isn't saying much.

Decent food selection, nothing special, expected a lot more given what we had read before our visit.
Flights were a nice option. Beer was good. Their signature beer with Lemongrass was ok (not worth $16 for a 4pk though).
