Description:
A - The head did not stay long and was not thick 1/4 to 1/2 in.
S - It smelled bland but nice.
T -without food - boring and dank -- with food - delighful (still a little low on hops - but the dankness was no longer as present).
M- light
O - I have only begun to enjoy IPA's but of the ones I have tried, this is one the worst.
Albeit, not bad at all, just not outstanding. It tastes a little low on hops and a little high on "dankness" for an IPA.

EDIT:
I tried this alone at first and it was boring and a too dank; however, with chips (American) it was delightful.

TAKEAWAYs
1) Dank to decent IPA
2) If you don't like it try it with food.

Pours a copper color with a decent head that fades to bits of lacing. Mild aroma of pine, floral, some malt sweetness and grain. Taste follows with mild citrus, malt sweetness and bit of grain. Mild crispness and a clean finish. Fairly moderate body, some crispness but no expected hop bite as with most IPAs. Decent drinkable beer, that leans more towards being a Pale Ale than an IPA.

12 oz bottle poured into a Sierra Nevada imperial pint.
6.3% ABV.

A - Cloudy from chunky yeast sediment, this beer is a pale yellow color, turbulent with carbonation which feeds a low white skim of foam. Dots of lace speckle the glass haphazardly.

S - A strong metallic and light mineral aroma overpowers the grapefruit citrus and light pine-smelling hops. Caramel maltiness underscores the weak floral hop nose of Hopped Up and Horny.

T - Old hops present cut lawn and lemon peel citrus with notes of pine cone before disappearing into wilting floral remarks, punctuated by grainy malt.

M - Crisp and effervescently carbonated, this IPA begins with an old, dry feel that transitions into mild hop bitterness on the finish for a pretty tame drinking IPA.

O - I suppose when you're Horny Goat and targeting the young, uninitiated drinker just getting into craft beer, brewing a boastfully hoppy IPA doesn't exactly help the business model succeed, but Hopped Up 'N Horny barely fits the bill for an American Pale Ale with it's old-tasting, tame hops.
