A: It poured a slightly hazy blond body with a one finger head of off-white bubbles that lingered before receding into an even cover over the surface of the brew.

S: It was dominated by the sweet and lightly toasted malts with hints of white spices from the hops.

T: It was a very smooth, well balanced and refreshing brew. The creamy sweet lightly toasted malls were well balanced by spicy hop aromas.

M: Smooth and medium bodied with a wonderful tongue feel and a clean finish.

D: Very drinkable. This is a great session beer, especially for a warm summer enening on the patio of your favorite beer joint.

Amber color with a tan head. Head falls to about nothing. Thinnest of lace.

Aroma is of hops, more mild than I would have expected. Mild malts in there deep.

Taste is of floral, mild hops with a mild bitter background. Lingering bitter finish.

Medium bodied and biting on the tongue.

Decent enough and fairly easy drinking.

I had a sixteen ounce draft of this beer while at a restaurant during a recent visit to Sedona Arizona.

Of the many new beers I sampled this was one of the less memorable samples. Overall it was a good and well made beer. Light amber in color, good carbonation, some hop aroma and a good balance with hops and malt. I was surprised to see that it was 6.2% alcohol. It hid that well. It didn't stand out to me and I think i might have called it an amber al rather than a pale. It was a little on the dark side and didn't have enough hop character to be like a pale.

On tap at Cruiser's Route 66 Cafe in Williams AZ, located about 100 feet from the brewery in which it was made.

A somewhat light colored amber with a thin head which left almost no lacing.

Smelled of hops and spices, although neither was very strong.

Tasted much as it smelled, although the spices seemed more present than in the smell. The taste, like the smell, was on the weak side.

Mouthfeel was thin and flat, although somewhat smooth. Not a very exciting beer to have in your mouth.

It was a hot summer night on the outdoor patio at the restaurant where I tried this, and I was hoping this beer would quench my thirst. All it did really was make me wish I'd ordered something else to drink. Not an exceptional beer in any respect.

Also to note: The actual name of this beer is "Bright ANGEL Trail Pale Ale", not "Bright ANGLE Pale Ale".
