This beer is an English pale ale, full bodied and copper colored. The hop flavor and aroma are strong and assertive. Caramel malt and English yeast produce a nutty and fruity character. Dry-hopping in the conditioning phase completes the package.

Draft at brewery. Pretty generic, malt and hops to provide a lightweight drinkable ale, but nothing too special. No wonder it was his last ale (sorry)...

On tap at the brewpub in Jackson WY.
Copper body with high clarity and a thin but durable white head.
Aroma: light hops and hints of honey and ??.
Moderate strength flavor for style.
Smooth medium body.

Slight haze to a light golden brew. The foam and lacing are impressive.
Spicy hop nose to go with a solid slightly sweet malt backbone.
Spicy hops and malt that leans more towards the grain side than caramel side.
Good mouthfeel.
This tastes a lot like Snow King. ??

Pours a light golden color, a slight haze. White head, perfect pour. Nice lacing.
Nose is rather rich carmel malts, and some spicy hops.
Entry is very nice, a spicy, rich malt - english-style pedigree. I love the spicy flavor...a bit of floral hops with a rich carmel malt. The hops say pacific northwest. Flows out with nice bittering that bites at the palate. Cleans up the sweet malts, leaves just a bit of that rich carmel malt. Leaves me wanting more with each savored sip. Near perfect balance.
A classy and distinguished english style ale that is decidedly american.
