Oooh, such a lovely copper color, bright and clear. Lively streams of bubbles, lots of em. Head is a pale, light tan with white highlights, develops a thick pitted head with excellent lacing forming only a minute after the pour. The lacing is the absolute best I've seen from a BMC product. Aroma is full of crip floral hops. A powerful nose. Some fruits, a slight pleasent mustiness, a slight spiciness. A big sip brings a front-end maltyness, with bready caramel notes, followed by more of those crisp, vigorous hops. The hops are great; more flavor and less bitterness. Lots of fruit, apples and tangerines. A bit of oily bitterness remains on the palette after swallowing. The thick head is still sticking around close to halfway through the glass. The only real con to this beer is an aggressive carbonation that comes right through the medium-light body, adding a prickliness to the lingering hops finish. This was the only real flaw to me in this beer; while great tasting, I could see the mouthfeel making drinking a few of these a bit of a chore

This is ithe greatest beer Coors has ever brewed. Clealry a beer based on marekting and a bit gimicky, but on the other hand, this is a great tasting beer featuring all Colorado ingredients and "only" available in this, the greatest of states. A beer to be proud of, no matter who it's from.

The beer pours a slightly off white and foamy head. The beer is a hazy amber color that is a little bit copper and leans towards the red side. The beer smell is a yeasty and caramel malty smell with a bit of alcohol on the nose. The hops are a slight note but still make an appearance. The beer has a much stronger hop presence than in the smell. The hop taste is balanced by the malt taste. Similar to the smell, the malts primarily consist of a sweet and light caramel taste. Additionally, the beer has a slight mineral taste as well as a bit of alcohol. The feel is crisp and lean with biting carbonation. A pretty good lager and shocking that this came from a MillerCoors subsidiary.

Pours a hazy amber gold color with a massive 2 finger foamy beige head that was full of little bubbles and faded slowly, with craters forming in the top of the head, leaving good foamy lacing and rings as it went down.

Smells of sweet malt, caramel, floral hops, lemon zest, tangerine, grains, wheat bread and yeast; surprisingly potent malty goodness in this nose that was a lot more than most lagers put out with a very sweet overall nose.

Tastes like the nose, but the sweetness is more malt and brown sugar with the hops adding light spices and balance; flavor is a combo of sweet malt, caramel, floral hops, lemon zest, piney hops, grains, wheat bread, toffee, mild spices like coriander and cinnamon, biscuit, nut and yeast; a lot more complex tasting than I had anticipated and while basically a malty beer with hoppy accents, it worked for me and was tasty and enjoyable. Very basic in it’s finished product, but the flavors that show up throughout are well defined and work well with the others.

Mouthfeel is light and watery with low carbonation, a light to medium body and dry bready finish that has a slight hop bitterness combined with a grainy sweet aftertaste.

Overall this was a nice middle of the road beer that shocked the hell out of me since the macro owned stigma can give misconceptions and decreased interest, but my friend Vinny insisted I try it as he had 2 cases brought to NY so I thank him again for sharing a few with me. A definite session beer that goes down smooth and easy, glad these escaped Colorado and made it to NY as they were easy to put down and enjoy.
