Super yummy - beautiful golden color, head dissipates quickly. Nice sour bite and finishes with a sweet, peachy aftertaste. Of the sour apricot/peach beers I have had (Cascade Apricot and Almanac Brandy Barrel Peche), this is by far the most fruit forward. Really well done.

A: Poured from a bomber into a couple of tulip glasses. Hazy yellow with a tinge of orange. A very thin head that disappears quickly, leaving only a ring around the edge. I'm refreshed already.

S: Strong smell of unripe peaches. Sour and dry. Oak and chardonnay characteristics, too. Very nice smell.

T: Tart and peachy, but not overwhelming at all. Wow, this is very good.

M: Smooth, with medium carbonation that lends itself well to this style.

O: Very impressed with this sour. I would drink this stuff all the time if it were readily available. A much better beer than the Apricot.

Brewed 12/12 and bottled 11/13. 750ml bottle poured into a Casey stem.

A: Beautifully clear light golden/straw color. Foamy thick white head, fading quickly into a thin white collar and light lacing.
S: Subtle apricot/peach skin, some funk, fruit acids, lacto, new oak.
T: Tartness/acidity up front quickly followed by strong peach juice/ripe peach skin, lingering sour notes throughout. Some must/funk and clean new oak. Phenolic apple notes in a dry sour finish.
M: Bright and clean, bouncy and fluffy carbonation.
O: Finding another bottle immediately... This is a tantasically tart and bright sour ale with huge fruit character.

Thanks to rudzud .

Very little head, hazy yellow pilsner color.

Nose funky, lambic like fruity funk, little grainy wheat malt, little sweet, but mostly just lambic aroma.

Taste starts a hint sweet, then big lambic tartness, little tart generic fruit, funky, mild stone fruit, etc. Nice acidic bite, big acid bit very tasty. Finish is a bit flemmy and nice tart lambic fruit.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, nice carb, decent acidic bite.

Overall nice, great lambic like characters.
