A: Poured from a bomber into a couple of tulip glasses. Hazy yellow with a tinge of orange. A very thin head that disappears quickly, leaving only a ring around the edge. I'm refreshed already.

S: Strong smell of unripe peaches. Sour and dry. Oak and chardonnay characteristics, too. Very nice smell.

T: Tart and peachy, but not overwhelming at all. Wow, this is very good.

M: Smooth, with medium carbonation that lends itself well to this style.

O: Very impressed with this sour. I would drink this stuff all the time if it were readily available. A much better beer than the Apricot.

Thanks to rudzud .

Very little head, hazy yellow pilsner color.

Nose funky, lambic like fruity funk, little grainy wheat malt, little sweet, but mostly just lambic aroma.

Taste starts a hint sweet, then big lambic tartness, little tart generic fruit, funky, mild stone fruit, etc. Nice acidic bite, big acid bit very tasty. Finish is a bit flemmy and nice tart lambic fruit.

Mouth is med to lighter bod, nice carb, decent acidic bite.

Overall nice, great lambic like characters.

Received as an extra in a trade, poured into a Kate the Great tulip shared with JLindros.

A - Poured a crystal clear light straw hue with a thin head that faded to leave nothing.

S - Aromas of funky lambic with light peach notes, pits, very nice.

T - Taste is super sour, nice peach notes, lambic qualities. Very nice oak, light vanilla. Very nice lambic notes. Quite pleasant.

M -Mouthfeel is nice and crisp.

O - Overall this beer was very sour, nice peach notes.

Small, one-finger white fizzy head. Thin.

Lactic, lemon, peach, grassy, earthy. Mildly sulfuric.

Tart, not strong vinegar flavors, lemon, lime, peach, easy going, thin, light crisp carbonation. Airy, wet, lingering tartness with light aired sweetness.

A great brew for a 100 degree day, tart, crisp, wet, light, lingering flavors, and not too shabby as it warms... Highly recommended, but at the $27/750ml it's a bit hard to swallow. It's more of a $12/22oz type... The apricot killed this one.
