Appearance: Dark orange color. Pretty transparent with a half of finger of head on the pour. Active carbonation is low for the style. Sticky lacing left behind at each level.
Smell: Caramel and molasses on the front. Malt sweetness is pronounced and very potent. Hops are barely noticeable, smells like an imperial pale ale.
Taste: Bright, sharp malt sweetness right away. Accents of caramel, sugar, orange rinds, and molasses. The body continues to open up with tones of malt sweetness. Hop profile is again lacking.
Mouthfeel: Sweet smooth malt runs throughout. Carbonation is light which aids to the syrupy texture.
Overall: Man this was a malt bomb. Almost no hop profile. This bottle may have been a little old but with no bottle dates there is no way of knowing. Oh well nice to try something different.

Hazy amber
Very syrupy citrus smell: apricot, strawberry, almost a cherry (artificial, like a cough drop flavor), pine
Tastes of cherry, hay, caramel, grassy malt. Bitter
Hard to gauge mouthfeel because my girlfriend shook it like a polaroid picture before opening the bomber and we lost like 25% of the bottle to foam so its kinda flat. Creamy/syrupy
I really wanted this to be better than it was

Hazy orange color with an off white head.
Smells like a fruity hop bomb.
If this tastes half as good as it smells, i will be very happy.
Slight bitterness up front, a bit of malt, citrus, fruit and maybe some pine in the taste.
This stuff is great, a bit surprised by the "very good" rating. Ive had lesser beers with higher ratings. I think once more people try this it will raise.
