Pous into an oversized wine glass a clear full bronze with a foamy but tightly formed one finger white head that sticks like glue to the glass as it settles very slowly.Tropical fruits dominate the nose,like grilled pineapple and mangos with their sugars really coming out,some alcohol and caramel lends sweetness.Tropical boozy fruitiness dominates the palate,there is a mild grasiness that lends complexity to the hop profile.Not overly sweet for the style wich I like,it is sweet but not the main point of the beer.Wow a kick ass DIPA from Humboldt,a little surprising but in a real good way.

Hazy amber
Very syrupy citrus smell: apricot, strawberry, almost a cherry (artificial, like a cough drop flavor), pine
Tastes of cherry, hay, caramel, grassy malt. Bitter
Hard to gauge mouthfeel because my girlfriend shook it like a polaroid picture before opening the bomber and we lost like 25% of the bottle to foam so its kinda flat. Creamy/syrupy
I really wanted this to be better than it was

Hazy orange color with an off white head.

Smells like a fruity hop bomb.
If this tastes half as good as it smells, i will be very happy.

Slight bitterness up front, a bit of malt, citrus, fruit and maybe some pine in the taste.

This stuff is great, a bit surprised by the "very good" rating. Ive had lesser beers with higher ratings. I think once more people try this it will raise.

T: equal parts pineapple and pine with a bit of grapefruit rind in the background; pineapple is a little more prevalent at the end; moderate bitterness on the finish;

M: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: very nice combination of flavors;

T: Wonderful tangerine, grapefruit rind, resin and gorgeous hops.
