Poured into a Lawson's Finest Liquids Tulip.
Appearance - Pours a gorgeous golden color with a solid 1/2 inch of sudsy head. The color is a nice orange in a more dim light.
Smell - Wow. A HUGE punch of tropical fruits and an ever bigger punch of hops. The smell is absolutely fantastic.
Taste - Simply amazing. A perfect blend of hops/malt. An absolute bomb of tropical fruits including mango, orange, grapefruit and papaya. An overload of hops. The malt is very subtle. Tastes a little bready to me. I can't believe that this isn't a DIPA. The flavor is unreal.
Mouthfeel - Great pungency. The bitterness really sticks to your mouth.
Overall - Double Sunshine's little brother. I can't believe this much flavor was packed into an IPA. This is the flavor you would expect from a DIPA. I love hops and this certainly did not let me down. Definitely one of the best single IPA's I have ever had. This beer was truly amazing. And yet another incredible offering from Lawson's.

On draught at Prohibition Pig. From notes.
Has a bubbly, off-white head that sticks around.
Shiny, reddish-orange in color.
Full on grapefruit; West Coast meets the East Coast all the way to the nose.
Tastes of orange rind with a fruity middle medley.
Medium bodied with no distractions.
Serving type: on-tap
