bomber into tulip.
A: a very hazed dark read body. head is bright white and bubbly. good retention and lacing.
S: hops malt and a whole lot of balance. caramel. pine. mild.
T: a sharp caramel sweet bite. certainly pretty bitter. an earthy bitterness. a little raw in the hop element. not entirely balanced as I find the caramel too sharp.
M: average carb on a medium body.
D: overall, not super impressed by this one. too much dark malt covers up some of this fresh hop flavor and aroma that cannot make it through. easy drinking, but not my favorite flavors.

On tap at ProPig.
Slightly hazy amber pour, with a cap of thin white head; moderate retention and lacing. Sweet malty aroma, bready, light fruity esters and some herbal/floral hop notes. The taste reflected the nose, bready caramel malts, toasted grains, hops bouncing between herbal, fruity, and floral, but never really taking a firm hold. Mild drying bitterness in the finish. An honest and simple brew, but nothing really distinctive. Light-medium body, crisp mouthfeel, not bad overall.

A- red amber hue. Some minimal white head and lacing.
S- sweet bread, pine and malt notes.
T- Mild bitter pine, malt and wheat. Some additional complexity would be appreciated.
M- light to medium body and carbonation is moderate. Easy drinking.
O- decent for a red ale, but not one that I would go back to nor be disappointed by.

Poured from a 22 oz bomber into a large snifter.
Pours a deep dark hazy red with one finger of off white bubbly head.
Smells very hoppy, more than I was expecting for a red ale.
Taste is very balanced, some good hop bitterness, but matched very well with a toffee note from the solid malt backbone.
Finishes very clean, some bitterness that fades to a very clean mouth, you want more.
This is one of the most consistent across the board beers I've had in a while.
