Pours a nice auburn hue, with an ivory coloured finger of head, fair amount of clarity. The aroma is kinda meh. Smelled somewhat metallic, with a bread crust-like sweet malt aroma and mild citrus, but mostly earth and earth hops. Smelled kinda stale. Taste echoed the aroma a lot with the acrid sweet bread, some caramel, toast, some mineral tastes, mild stale earthy hops. Feel was pretty good, slick, somewhat oily, light-medium, clean medium carbonation.
Disappointed in this. It came across stale, a bit unbalanced and the malt and hop profiles just didn't mesh IMHO.

poured from a bottle very fresh into a glass
it looks nice when you pour but there is very little aroma
the smell just doesnt impress
as you taste it is very mild yes it is smooth but more like a session ale
not very hop taste as you would think from the name
the alcohol content is low just make it very average brew
glad to have tried but just to mellow for me
all said I would have to pass on getting this again
overall rating is mediocre at best giving it an C to C- average

650 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Appearance - Slightly hazy orange. Nice white head and a chunky collar. Faint wisps.
Smell - Light citrus hop. Very grainy. Light caramel sweet aroma.
Taste - Citrus hop flavor is a little more pronounced. Grainy body. A little grassy in the finish.
Mouthfeel - Very light and crisp. Minimal hop bitterness.
Overall - Pretty bland. Nothing bad going on, but a bland hop flavor.
