22 oz bottle served in a Lawson's tulip. Thanks Thorpe.
Pours a clear dark brown with ruby tinges and bubbly light tan head. Aroma has a slight citrus bitterness but is predominantly ashy roast malt and pine. Slightly sweeter flavor than nose, roast and toasted malt, citrus rind and a finish of pine hops and ash. Medium thick with moderate carbonation.

This black IPA was so very enjoyable.
Pouring into a snifter, thick and black.
Smell was hoppy, nice roasted malt, coffee, chocolate notes.
Taste was intense and delicious almost a touch of eucalyptus. Strong, hoppy, caramel, coffee, roasted malt flavor.
Overall this beer is damn impressive, full of flavor and a fantastic representation of a black IPA.
