Bottled 2/6/14 - I probably let this get a bit long in the tooth.
L: Pours thick with a nice caramel 2 finger head that recedes quickly. Coats the tulips nicely on each swirl and slowly crawls back down into the bottom.
S: Firepit, burnt marshmallow, pencils, a mild booze heat and something a little zesty right near the tail end... almost a ghostly lime citrus whiff.
T: Bitter dark chocolate sledgehammer, hard to taste anything else on the front end. Sweet cola midsection gives way to a modest vanilla cream finish. No boozyness. (No abv statement either so not sure what accomplishment that is anyways...)
F: Thick and sweet with a fairly lively carbonation.
O: Maybe a bit sweet and thick to take a bomber yourself. Nothing terribly wrong with what's going on here but not extremely complex either.
