Reviewed from (long-standing) notes. Poured from a 32 oz. crowler into an unmarked pint glass.
A: Bright gold but hazy. Forms just over a finger's worth of white head that fades quickly. A good amount of visible carbonation up the sides of the glass.
S: Melon, tropical fruits and grassy hops over a very light cracker malt. A touch of dank character as well.
T: Melons, bitter lemon rind, and a modest amount of dankness. A touch of grassy flavors also. The light crisp malt body adds just a touch of sweetness and not much else: definitely comes off as a West Coast approach. More dank and grassy bitterness in the hang.
M: Light body, average carbonation sensation, and alcohol presence is fairly low.
O: Hmmmm....this is a lot of what I like in an IPA, but not my personal favorite hop profile. Still, I found myself enjoying the beer. I wish they would brew this exact beer with different hops.

Appearance: Served up a yellow-gold body, with great clarity and a white, wispy-looking head.
Smell: A scent of pale malts, lightly toasted with touches of citrusy hops and a sliver of earthy herbaceousness.
Taste: A standard pale malt base with some lightly grainy, lightly toasty aspects to it. Restrained sweetness. Some citrus hints of lemon and grapefruit showing with a subtle earthiness. Medium bitterness throughout. Bitterish, citrusy on the finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-light body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Quick and easy.
