Bottled February 2015; drank 3/20/15 @ the Treehouse.
Hazy orange appearance.
Small khaki head; minimal lace.
Peanut butter, caramel & mild mango notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Caramel, wet sweat sock & mild mango flavors, which is to say: this tastes like a wet hopped American IPA.
Not my cup of tea, but drinkable.

Reviewed from notes taken in March 2015. Poured from the bomber into a Fat Head's pint glass.
A: Mildly hazy and dark gold with low visible carbonation. Forms a fluffy eggshell head with amazing retention for a hoppy brew.
S: Melon, spice, dank and tropical fruit hops. Some sticky resin as well with bready malts.
T: Melon, dank, and resin hops up front. Bready malts with mild toffee sweetness. Tropical fruits and a weird hoppy flavor I can't quite put a name to. Mild lingering ethanol heat and a modest hop bitterness in the hang.
M: Medium-bodied. Good carbonation sensation, and the alcohol presence is a little warming but not overly hot.
O: Decent, but not my favorite hop profile. It seems to have a weird kiwi fruit undertone, but not in a good way. Certainly not the worst DIPA out there.

Appearance: Pours a orange-gold body, lightly hazed, capped off with whitish foam.
Smell: Tropical fruit notes of lemon, tangerine and grapefruit (maybe a bit of mango) atop a mild maltiness.
Taste: Restrained maltiness of lightly toasted grains given a bit of a sugar cookie sweetness. Resinous, tropical hops, plenty of lemon as well as citric, sharp grapefruit. Moderately bitter bite to it. Drying, bitterish finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-plus body. Medium carbonation.
Overall: Not bad.

Appearance – The color was a beautiful, hazy copper with a nice head that was tinged orange and showed good retention.
Smell – The aroma was a subtle citrus with a bit of rindy grapefruit and light grain.
Taste – The flavor is very well done. The citrus is much bigger here and the grapefruit comes on nicely though there’s not much malt to speak of.
Mouthfeel – The bitterness is up there, not overly so but quite heavy, and the ale is medium-bodied.
Drinkability – Everything is exceptionally smooth making this one an easy drinker.

Brings me back to Florida. Big Mango and Passion Fruit taste. Sweet sticky maltyness on the end.

Hazy copper with small khaki colored head, rings of wispy lace down the glass. Smell is orange citrus, resiny, vague tropicalish sweetness, slightly garlicky, a little toffee. Taste: orange candy, very resiny, toffee, with a green/garlicky note to the finish. Decent.
