Reviewed from notes. Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Russian River pint glass. NOTE: This is bottle from the new batch, which came out at an ABV of 7.0% per CCB information.
A: Bright gold, clear, with medium levels of visible carbonation and a fairly thin white head.
S: Pilsner malts, mild hop bitterness, yeast esters and light sulfur aroma.
T: Light cracker and pilsner malts, some noble hop bitterness, and some lemony yeast esters and bits of coriander. Light bittersweet on the finish.
M: Light body, carbonation sensation on the low side. Alcohol well-hidden despite the hefty ABV for style.
O: This isn't bad, although it fails to excite the palate much. Still, an easy-drinking summer beer for the warm Florida summers.

2014 bottle poured into a Lost Rhino pilsner glass
L: Pours a hazy golden color. Little head that fades fast.
S: Honey malt with more honey and lemon.
T: Sweet honey not much in the way of hops
F: Crisp and dry. Nicely carbonated as it tickles the tongue.
