Pours dark orange to light amber, one finger creamy white head with lots and lots of bubbles. This is also crystal clear.
The aroma is somewhat grassy, it's not as strong as I was anticipating. Im picking up some floral notes as the beer warms.
The flavor is mostly citrus like grapefruit. I also taste peppery spice and also a bit of cereal/grain which is subtle and more noticeable as the beer warms.
Medium bodied, smooth and crisp. Bitter hop flavors stay with me all the way through with hints of pepper and grain on the finish, leaves a citrusy aftertaste.
Overall this is a very solid year round IPA. It's a beer I've had before on vacation and will continue to purchase when I can.

Sampled from a 12oz can purchased at The New Leaf Market in Tallahassee, FL.
Golden with good clarity and a small off white head. Aroma is a nice mix of tropical fruits and toasted malts. Flavors lean toward the hops with a tropical fruits and citrus. But they're supported by toasted and biscuity malts. A moderate consistency and carbonation.
A good, solid IPA.

Canned 3/20/14 - Reviewed 21 days later - 4/10/14. Poured into an IPA glass.
A - Light amber, one inch light beige rocky head, great lacing.
S - Moderate tropical fruit medley with a touch of grass in the background.
T - Juicy citrus hop profile. Very light bitterness. Little to no yeast/ malt profile.
M - Medium bodied, excellent carbonation. Refreshing and drinkable.
O - Incredibly flavorful and drinkable IPA. One of the more intensely tropical/citrusy single IPAs out there. An instant classic.
