The famous Jai Alai!!
Pours out a bright and clear golden/orange with 2 fingers of white head.
The aroma has a good amount of orange peel, peach, mango and pineapple. There are some caramel and bready notes in there as well.
The taste is definitely hop forward with nice big notes of orange, peach, pineapple and mango. These are followed up by a big malt backbone of caramel and sweet bread.
The body is light-medium with a crisp mouthfeel. The ABV is hidden completely.
This was canned 5 weeks ago so the malt may be more forward at this point. It's a decently hoppy IPA with nice tropical fruit notes, but the malt notes are a bit too much in the mix for my personal taste. Would definitely like to try this more fresh. Good beer nonetheless.
