On tap in standard pint glasses.
A- Amber color, 1-plus finger white head. Modest lacing.
S- "Sweet" citrus hop aroma ? Yes, that's what I get. Some citrus, grapefruit, pine; all coated in malty sweetness.
T- Tangy citrus grapefruit hops drive the flavor with a sturdy malt backbone.
M-Big full- bodied beer . Chewy. Lingering hop finish.
O- I drank quite a few of these when given the chance. Quite good every time. Very flavorful.

This beer is about the only reason I would go back to Florida...
I know the true characteristic of a beer is realized after it has been decanted but Jai Alai is great straight out of the can. Refreshing and well balanced hop profile with a clean crisp finish. Does not linger on the tongue and only leaves you wanting to go back for another sip. Even when poured the beer exhibits a beautiful color and wonderful citrus (orange peel) aroma. A great tight head that lingers on the edge of the class tells me that someone has taken their time to get it right.
