Poured from 25.4 oz bottle, cold from fridge into pokal style pilsner glass:
A- Begins with a beautiful fluffy slightly off white head 2 fingers, dissipates to less than a finger of bubbly foam head. very hazy golden-orange body.
S- MMM one of the nicest and strongest smelling beers i've had lately. malty yeast sweetness, banana clovey scents move to citrus hop and then guava tartness.
T- full maltyness, interesting character from belgian yeast strain less banana and clove in taste. guava is not present in full mouth but comes out as the palate drys, definite guava in the aftertaste. this ale's sweetness is balanced by come hoppy bite mid sip, great belgian ale for me.
M- Medium as expected from hazy but a nicer feel. 8 % abv with good carbonation let it finish more dry.
D- After having finished a beer and a half i was surprised to read it was 8 %! For the alcohol it might be too drinkable but a bottle a person would be a nice small session. Taste is great and not too clingy so i sipped it down easily.
I will definitely get a few more bottles next time i see it!

A phenomenally bubbly rush of snappy straw colored soapy head. Cloudy orange-red brew. Not overly appetizing. Lacing is weak.
Tart, lemon-lime, horsey aroma, clove. Strong. Of course, Guava too. Slightly too much funk.
Nicely bitter and smooth. Much more rounded than the appearance shows. Heavy effervescents. Sweetness is spot on and translates fruit nicely. Lots of dry, earthy, ripe, bitter, guava, clove, spice, and smooth light dry sour factor. Sourness is not over the top it's greatly dulled by heavy bitter bite.
A very unique beer. It's close to what I thought it would be and it didn't let me down. A nice risky take by CCB. Solid and worthy. I wouldn't give up much in trade, but still worthy.
